Since 2003 the NGA Hooters Pro Golf Tour has included a stop at Peoria Ridge Golf Course in Miami, Oklahoma for The Buffalo Run Casino Classic.

"Our Tour stop in Miami has become a favorite for the NGA Hooters Pro Golf Tour and its professional golfers. The competitive prize purse for 168 of the finest professional golfers making their way to the PGA has grown to $200,000," said NGA Tour CEO Robin Waters.

Peoria Ridge Golf Course General Manager Milton Hale said, "We look forward each year to welcoming the NGA Hooters Pro Golf Tour. Many of our members and regular golfers come out as volunteers or just to watch these talented golfers. Our maintenance crew does a great job of preparing the course to make it as challenging as possible for these professionals."

The public is invited, at no charge, to watch these golf professionals as they compete in 72 holes of competition. Following the second round of play the field is cut to the top 60 golfers plus ties to continue competition into the third and fourth final round. Peoria Ridge Golf Course is located 2.5 miles east of I-44 (Exit 313 off the Will Rogers Turnpike).

Each year a local charity is designated to benefit from the Pro-Am event scheduled as part of the Buffalo Run Casino Classic week of activities.
